Finally! Officer elections are almost here!!

Hello all!

As promised, here is the application for KRHC social chair and treasurer. Here are the duties for each officer:

  • Treasurer: The Treasurer is specifically responsible for the following duties:
    • Maintain the budget and keeping record of all expenditures.
    • Signs off all funding requests in order to keep track of the residence hall finances.
    • Conducts the presentation of funding requests at the General meetings.
  • Social Coordinator: The Social Coordinator is specifically responsible for the following duties:
    • Order food for the general meetings.
    • Plan Pajama-Rama movie event

If you would like to run for one of
these awesome offices, you must do the following:

Send us an email with your name, classification, major, UT EID, and
the office for which you are running (Treasurer, or Social Chair).
Also, please include a response to the following:

1. List any past leadership experience
2. Explain why you are running for this position, and any goals you
want to accomplish.
3. List and explain any ideas you have for future KRHC events and
programs.

Be sure email ALL information to
kinsrhc@gmail.com no later than
Sunday, Feb. 7th.

Upcoming Officer Elections

First general meeting coming up on Tues., Feb. 9th at 8 PM in the MPR on 2.5. Guess what! Officer elections for new social chair and treasurer!

You could be one of the new members of our executive board!
