New Semester

Excited for a new school year? We are!
If you are interested in joining KRHC, come to our meetings (every other Tuesday at 8pm). Everyone living in Kinsolving is welcome! Our first meeting is going to be on September 7th in the MPR room (on 2.5 floor)**. And we are planning on serving free food. Hope to see you there.

Haiti Heroes: Buy a t-shirt, take a photo... YOU can be a HERO.

-We will email you a High-Quality electronic file of your picture
-If you would like to, we will post the picture up on Facebook to show that you are a hero.

KRHC is going to be selling T-shirts to raise money for a donation to help the people of Haiti. Also, there will be another exciting event that will follow on the week of the 20th! More info to come very soon - next week!

Finally! Officer elections are almost here!!

Hello all!

As promised, here is the application for KRHC social chair and treasurer. Here are the duties for each officer:

• Treasurer: The Treasurer is specifically responsible for the following duties:

• Maintain the budget and keeping record of all expenditures.
• Signs off all funding requests in order to keep track of the residence hall finances.
• Conducts the presentation of funding requests at the General meetings.

• Social Coordinator: The Social Coordinator is specifically responsible for the following duties:

• Order food for the general meetings.
• Plan Pajama-Rama movie event

If you would like to run for one of

these awesome offices, you must do the following:

Send us an email with your name, classification, major, UT EID, and
the office for which you are running (Treasurer, or Social Chair).

Also, please include a response to the following:

1. List any past leadership experience
2. Explain why you are running for this position, and any goals you
want to accomplish.
3. List and explain any ideas you have for future KRHC events and
programs.

Be sure email ALL information to kinsrhc@gmail.com no later than
Sunday, Feb. 7th.
